Detecting Novelty in a Series of Datasets

NRC EVent IDENTification is an exploratory data analysis application for rapidly investigating novel events in a set of images as they evolve over time, frequency, or some other analysis dimension. For example, in a series of functional magnetic resonance neuroimages, novelty may manifest itself as neural activations over a time course.

NRC EVent IDENTification allows researchers to probe for unanticipated but domain-significant structure in the data.
